Every product sold by Allied | The AI Plug — including apps, prompt tools, and custom GPTs — is a digital product delivered electronically and instantly. There is no physical item. Access is typically delivered through a link, an access code, or both, provided after your purchase completes.
Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the product itself, its prompts, its code, its design, or its underlying system. All of that remains the property of AlliedInk3 LLC (see the Content Usage License below).
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered or accessed. Please review the product description before you buy. If you believe there was a genuine delivery or access error, contact us and we will work with you to make sure you receive what you paid for.
Any access code, link, or login tied to your purchase is for your use only. It is non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, gifted, or posted publicly. Access codes are case-sensitive and connected to your purchase.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a digital product that was delivered as described may be treated as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to revoke access to any product connected to a disputed or reversed payment.
You are granted a single-user license to use the product and anything you generate with it for your own personal use and your own business or content. You may use the outputs you create (images, videos, prompts, scripts, captions, and similar) to build and publish your own content.
You own the specific content you create using the product, subject to the terms of any third-party AI tools you use to generate it. AlliedInk3 LLC retains all rights to the product itself — the app, the GPT, the prompt system, the code, the branding, and the design.
If you break the rules in this section, your license and your access may be revoked immediately and without a refund.
You accept these terms at checkout, and again each time you access or use a product. Continued use of any product means you accept these terms and any future updates to them.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, income, follower growth, views, or platform performance from using our products. What you achieve depends on how you use the tools, your own effort, and factors outside our control.
Some products work alongside third-party services (for example ChatGPT, Kling, Google Flow, and other AI image or video generators), and some features require your own API key from a provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Those services are not owned or controlled by us. You are responsible for your own accounts, your own usage costs, and following each provider's separate terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output, or changes.
You agree to use our products lawfully and responsibly, and not to use them to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the terms of any platform you post to.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AlliedInk3 LLC and Allied | The AI Plug are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of a product after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
